On 5/3/2016 at around 2:57 pm on Westbound Washington State Highway 16 at around milepost 14 until milepost 22 just after passing a WSP at Traffic Stop was traveling in the Left Lane without passing anyone while delaying 5 or more Vehicles.

On 5/3/2016 at around 3:15 pm at the intersection of Bethel Rd SE and Sedgwick Rd SE (SR-160).
The driver of this vehicle sat at the traffic light as it turned green. The moves forward 5 feet and STOPPED in the middle of the intersection. Then started again.

So this plate belongs I'm assuming to an undercover government worker or other sorts of pretend law enforcement. Was heading Southbound on 94 from the Dowling exit and he was on my ass like I couldn't go fast enough made 3 Lane changes weaving in and out of traffic with no blinker. Classy dude

White Suv I was at a red light and I just hear the tires while he hit the breaks and was very close to my car so I moved up a little ticket maybe was distracted so he moves up as well as soon as the light changes this guy is on my tail until he bypassed my on a one lane speeding definitely needs to be stop s danger to be in the streets with drivers like this it occurred at 6:40 pm by Boca rio and glades in Boca Raton
