Dark black car has female driver 25-35 years of age was driving on the woodhaven Blvd North bound towards queens Blvd.Recklessly over take my car ,almost hit my car.raising speed 35 miles and within 25 miles speed zone.

This lovely individual not only blocked the disabled parking, but also parked sooooooooooo far back that the side walk was not accessible for a wheelchair to pass. I had to carry my wheelchair bound mother through the mud to get to our apt. These people are scum of the earth.
