This person split two lanes, almost sideswiping me and hitting the person to the right of me, in all just to be one car-length ahead of everyone else. The passenger and driver then began to laugh and carry on like it was some sort of game

Pretending that he did not cause a massive car wreck... nearly side swipe 2 cars on the left by changing lanes without looking to his blindspot. Stayed away from me while I video him... it wasn't until I slowed down enough that he gunned it and tried to get away. be careful of this guy out there

Likes to take up the only handicap reserved parking space at 7-11 so she can pass out religious literature. Sits in front of the no loitering sign and loiters.
