White male seen at travel stop on I-81 in Virginia with a blonde haired blue eyed little girl, approximately 7 years old. Little girl looked very afraid, trembling, roughed up with a blue bruise on right side of face. Very suspicious!

White Male with facial driving reckless down Vanbureen and 19 ave. I was going 35 mph and this creep driving a white Chevy Equinox must have been 60 mph and cut me off and ran a red light.

World's worst driver! Excessive speeding, illegal passing, recklessly changing lanes in front of people without turn signal, and to top it all off flipping people the bird the whole time! Dangerous and a jerk!

Was parked in the Sutter Medical Neurology parking lot for 2 hours with a large Labrador inside. Windows cracked 1-2" on a 70 degree day. Black car, black leather seats, and the poor dog was panting and pawing at the window. Alerted Sutter security, took them 45 minutes to respond, to which the guy said "it's not that hot today." Oh, excuse me, let's sit you in a black car for that long on a warm day and see how you feel. I feel so bad for that poor dog :(

Aggressive and dangerous. Black Honda CR-V. 30-something white, blonde woman in sunglasses. After 2 blocks unsafe to pass (cars parked both sides of street, traffic circles), came around me too fast and close, then stopped at next intersection to give me the finger. I yelled at her to f*ng move, which I admit was wrong. She then drove away, but turned around to follow me next half mike, passed very aggressively (revved up loud enough I thought she was going to run me over, I pulled into a space between parked cars), flipped me off again and tried to photograph me with gold iphone6.
