After tailgating my friend (in the right lane!) he jetted over into the left lane and then swerved back cutting my friend off in traffic going 50 on a 35. This drive is nuts

I'd bet their situation would pass as nothing illegal. If that child appears to be in immediate danger or appears to be uncared for you need to call CPS.

Very insecure Man with serious roadrage. Almost ran the wife and I off the road. Ran a stop sign to make a left hand turn from the right hand turn lane. When we changed lanes to accommodate his wreckless driving. He began break checking us yelling out his window wanting me to pull over. He then followed us home. When we opened the garage to go inside the house. He got out of his car instigating a fight. Very week man so sad.
