Whoa. If F-bombs are considered assault in Florida (they are in several states), in the course of 4 minutes and 15 seconds, I counted ten verbal assaults, five physical assaults (approaching you in a hostile manner on foot AND in her car), and three obvious threats.
Son, it is your DUTY to get one of your parents to go with you and swear out multiple complaints against this waste of air who calls herself a woman. Even now. I'm not sure about FL's statute of limitations, but even four months later, no reasonable state could allow this serious string of crimes to elapse under some SOL law.
I'm serious. File criminal charges. Then sue her for emotional distress.
