I was on a bike and just saw this too. luckily the man slammed on the breaks, came to a screeching halt, and stopped a foot away. Don't even want to think about it. The city needs to install a traffic light at that intersection

The incident actually happened in 2016. Her vehicle was still pretty new so he thought it was the coolest thing in the world. What a loser. LOL!!!

You should drive with your hands on the steering wheel and eyes on the road, not drive with your legs and have you're hands & eyes on your phone!!
