This woman needs to be held accountable for her actions. At the very least, she should be sited for breaking traffic laws by riding in the bicycle lane and for vulgar behavior in public.

I have had it already! My sister and I sit outside and always see this blue truck coming around looking to sell his drugs to the dealer boys in the area. My boys tell me that this man used to live on third ave a few years ago but has since moved, they tell me he live now at 364 ten eyck ave near Michigan ave. we don't like him coming around because of all the small children in the area and wish he would go away. He sometime comes through on a blue motorcycle also. He is very dirty and ugly looking dude and I speak with all honesty. There have been shootings here on 6th ave a couple of weeks ago probably because someone didn't have money to pay for their drugs. We need to keep this trash out of here. Stay away devil man.

How incredibly rude and disrespectful! A horrible, disgusting person. How uncaring does a person have to be, that they'd purposely block a bike lane and endanger human life? This woman should be arrested.
