He has broken the law by almost running down a pedestrian in a crosswalk who had the right of way. He has broken all norms of civility by his bigoted, hate-filled spewing at that pedestrian who is an incredible member of our society. Revoke his license and I believe hate crimes and harrassment are also applicable.
