Chevy Avalanche driver busy eating from paper bag of something while traffic had slowed to a stop. He kept on moving forwards and hit the car. The front bumper of his truck already had various damage marks from previous occasions. He did not communicate in English (or refused to) and then drove off without providing driver license or insurance papers. This made it a criminal case and charges were filed.

Driver needs to have license suspended. Fourteen (14) violations to date on Howsmydriving. Complete disregard for stop signs. This driver will end up crashing or mowing down a pedestrian.
