This driver has a complete disregard for vehicle lane restrictions. Almost mowed me down morning of 9/15/21 on Queens Boulevard outer service lane while exiting from a non designated express lane exit…In a mad rush to get to the next traffic light. Five (5) violations to date on Howsmydriving website.
