came across this guy while driving on LIE. Saw him between exit 33 and 39. He was tailgating, swerving and stopping abruptly. Driver was an older guy maybe late 40s or early 50s. Black and white beard. His nonsense is gonna get someone hurt or killed.

Can't keep his lane because he was texting when he was driving. He almost caused at least 5 accidents.

angry nutter who tailgates people for passing him. Then he plays games and weaves in and out of traffic dangerously. No signals and very aggressive. . Is a process server of some sort and flashed a "badge" at me, like I should be intimidated. I proceeded to point to the side of the road, as if to accept my punishment from an authority who is absolutely insane! Of course, since he's not a cop, he refused to pull over to discuss it. There was also a child in the car, and a dog. Both were unsafe while this nut was driving.

Needs to learn how to use turn signal, pass other traffic properly, and be less aggressive. Considering the University of Miami Hurricanes license plate frame on this black Honda Pilot, this person might be from Miami where terrible driving is the norm.
