He is behind me when I'm in the building. Don't know if he entered after or before me I didn't notice. When leaving the building he leaves after me, gets in his vehicle, turns his lights on prior to pulling away. See's me take his plate# and looks concerned. leaves as I leave. She's sitting in her vehicle with the lights in motor running when I am exiting the building. When I stop to record her plate# she's me doing it and immediately exits her vehicle to enter the building. Parking lot Stalker.
