The vehicle was parked in the lot when I arrived with lights on motor running. Female with head down slumped forward with head down. Was still there after I entered and exited the building. When I started to leave she started to leave. When I drove by her, next to her she decided not to leave. Parking Lot Organized Stalker.

This reckless driver found via Twitch stream has $8825.00 in unpaid traffic violations. Get this guy off the road, revoke his license. he's a menace!
