2017? Ford Mustang, red with white racing stripes. Cut extremely close to my car between two other vehicles going about 85 mph on I-195 WB in Rhode Island.

These two whales don't know how to wear seat belts, isn't that the law? I know it they have those commercials on TV but these two are apparently above the SC Law. Summerville Police or Dorchester County needs to do something with these two losers.
