Driver honked excessively behind me for not pulling out of a shopping center quick enough. She then proceeded to cut me off and slam on the breaks over and over again. It got to the point where I tried to change lanes and she zoomed over blocking me again. When she noticed I took a picture of her license plate she sped off.
