Driver of this vehicle parks in designated handicapped parking without a disabled license plate or disabled placard, even though there were two open parking places directly to his left. When I pointed out that he was parked in a handicapped only parking spot he responded that he didn’t care. I really hope that someone recognizes this car and license plate and can put a name to it.

The occupant of this vehicle was acting suspicious as he sat in a vehicle looking through a scope. I addressed my issue with grocery outlet bargain market Port Orchard. And as I came out I addressed the individual. And he was very rude in his attitude towards me.
I know that if my mom was in the store doing some shopping I wouldn’t be setting in the vehicle.

The worst driver in Houston. Never uses signals to change lines, speeding , especially in school zone , having a kid in the back putting the child's life in dangerous.
