Cutting off the 2 block long lines around 5:30 - 6:30 pm at IN AND OUT drive thru at Sunset Blvd, Hollywood, CA. What a character and the driver should be shame!!!!

The driver of this vehicle must have not taken drivers ed or know the laws of the State of Washington.
While driving on I-5 approach SR-16 this driver decides to cut off other drivers at the last minute to exit the freeway almost causing a collision. (The last time I checked in order to exit the freeway you have to be in the lane closest to the exit way before the exit not less than 500 feet.)
Then when I attempted to pass him to get up the road he sped up in an attempt to block me. (The last time I checked Washington State Law, RCW 46.61.100 requires all SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT WHEN PASSING.)
Hopefully WSP will start looking for this kind of dangerous driving behavior and goes after them to get them off the streets.
