This jerk was blocking a driveway on private property who said he was waiting for a tow. He was told to move and then started cursing and threw a water bottle at a woman and took off.

Entitled person in their Lexus ran me off the road on a two lane left turn from Midvale on to Kelly Drive in Philadelphia. I was in the outside lane and they merged during the turn while I was right next to them. Ran off the road to avoid contact, hit a storm drain and blew 2 tires. After honking, driver just drove off.

This guy needs to be taken care of and should be deported out of the city of Glendale for basically acting like a terrorist. Very annoying and criminal behavior. This car has a muffler "system" that sounds like a machine gun backfiring. It's absurd. He has also changed the back color of his car to appear as a black car when the car is blue. Probably to avoid detetion. He is a nuisance to the community, a menace, and is disturbing the peace. He is also breaking the law and violating vehicle codes with this loud muffler system. This is a troubled individual as he "RACES" the car back and forth on Glenoaks which is mostly families, elderly, immigrants, refugees, churches, small shops, and people walking. 7HTU250 License Plate
