Crazy woman in a Pacifica didn't want to be in her lane anymore so she aggressively pulled into my lane and almost ran me off the road. She then proceeded to speed down a residential road. Avoid her a all costs.

Owner is uninsured. Owner's boyfriend crashed car into someone else's yard while trying to run over the car owner. Not the driver's fault per se, but they should have had insurance to cover the damage. And if they are still together (who knows?), then the boyfriend may still be driving the car.
