Despite owning a $130 000+ car (Tesla Model X P100D), this guy is incapable of keeping his lane, drives at half the speed limit, and repeatedly switches lane at the last moment, cutting my off in the process.
He ended up going to the same parking garage as me, although he took the long way around for some reason. He proceeded to try to park in a "small car only" parking spot in the middle of a turn before giving up and driving futher down the lot with proper open spots.

Construction worker at Islands, backs right out into traffic without looking in front of oncoming traffic, then tries to get by on right turn lane, ends up behind, cannot even see headlights in my back window he is driving so close to my car

It really pisses me off when I see this - Swollen-ego truck sped past and hopscotched others to get off the 5-S - 405-S in Valencia only to tailgate (less than car length at 70+ mph). Truck came out of nowhere to car yet and blocked rear-view of car so the only choice they would have would be to greatly exceed posted limit to see if they could move right, out of way of bully.
