Driver was seen on Hylan Blvd on Staten island where a goose and her babies were cruising the street. All other cars stopped to let the geese cross the Blvd. This driver purposely ran over the mother goose and ran her over again. The woman is in her mid 50s

Horribly bad driver. Extremely aggressive, appeared to be drunk and waving something around . Almost ran me off the road 4 times on 376 leaving Pittsburgh
