This person decided it was fine to share pass me on my bicycle at 45 miles per hour within inches of me, thus violating San Antonio's safe passing ordinance. The video I uploaded to youtube really shows you how close they came to committing homicide.

This person didn't follow San Antonio's "Safe passing ordinance". I was riding my bike to the right side of the road and they came within a foot of me as they came around me. So, basically they were inches from murder.
