Incredibly reckless driver. Flashes high beams, tails gates, almost caused a three car accident, blew past me, and tried to brake check me in a pedestrian heavy area.

I believe this is the dingus who tore up my lawn. Only I get to tear up my lawn. And it’s MY lawn, it doesn’t belong to the CT state police. There’s no reason I should have to call them to inform them I’m on my own property like this driver insisted.
