This reckless witch was driving erratically eastbound 154 in Santa Barbara County - varying speeds, random brake taps, indecisive maneuvers.. I went to pass in designated passing lane when she decides to accelerate to 80 + to prevent me from passing legally, endangering my life and the lives of others in the process.

Black Mercedes sedan spotted crossing the double yellow lines to pass a car, and run a red light. They were also driving faster than the speed limit. Maybe they were having an emergency.
