Pulled out at the intersection at the corner of Southern Hills Drive and S Lakeport St before it was clear. I had to slam on my brakes in order to avoid hitting him. This guy should be ticketed for violating the right of way, because he did not have the right of way and the light was green that I was going through and he was turning right on a red light unless it’s clear of oncoming traffic. It happened shortly after 4:45 PM today.
