He was certainly under some influence. He was swerving significantly and smoking a huge cigar . Once we had the opportunity to pass him he flipped us the bird!

Not only was she texting and driving with a child in the back seat but she was drinking while driving. Then she and her passenger tried to get hyphy with us for taking a pic of her license to report her

Driving all over the place. Crossing lane lines on freeway and into the dirt on the side of the road. Also cut off another driver

Saw this woman abandon a dog in broad daylight, slowed down and pushed him right out of the car. I REALLY hope the police follow through and press charges.
