Parked in front of me on Robb Avenue near the Cheviot Library, backed into the front of my car...twice(!), started to drive away like nothing happened...finally convinced him to get out of his car to look at my crushed front license plate frame, and the indentation on his back bumper, insisting that he didn't hit me, and that I was scamming him...

This jerk blocked my driveway. Won’t move. Said he was making a delivery. Told him move was in a hurry. Told me I had an attitude. No respect for others or property. Which I could find out who he delivers for?
