This driver is going to kill him/herself or others. I swear they don’t know how to drive at all. They pulled out in front right in front of us (Reallt close) and just stopped. I got a video after of this driver turning left in a right turn lane

Didn't like the fact that I was going too slow, (70 in a 60 which is generally acceptable on this stretch of highway) even though I was already passing a car.
Passed me on the left shoulder and then cut in front of me, didn't get it on camera, but I think his gf/wife/mom whatever wasn't happy with him either.
Did a plate lookup and the plates aren't even registered to this car.

The person that owns this white Kia hit my car at St Bernardines hospital in San Bernardino and left the scene. An innocent bystander witnessed it and left a note for me. I filed a police report and will be contacting this person. Very irresponsible!!!

Was camping out in my car waiting to move in town apartment. So I'd just pulled into where I'd been sleeping the last few nights and I hadn't even been there five minutes when this guy pulls into the lot, turns and drives directly towards my car, my girlfriend had just let the dog out to go to the bathroom when he drives around, see me sitting with my head down, locks eyes with me cause then immediatly turns around and drives out of the lot. I decided to follow him for about ten blocks when he noticed I'd been following him he slowed down so I did too. He then slowed to almost a complete stop before turning into a closed gas station. We decided to go around the block and upon returning he was getting ready to leave and saw us drive by. We followed him from a distance for about 80 blocks to the 205 on Powell where he turned south. I'm not sure what he was up to but it definitely wasn't anything good and the look on his face when he noticed me kind of paints a bad ypictures to what hisintentions where. I wouldn't hesitate to take notice if you come across this guy.
