Mid 2000s Silver Nissan Altima. Person driving 20mph under speed limit (30 in a 50) so passed in a LEGAL passing zone and they sped up and proceeded to tailgate. Back window was completely blocked out with white covering and couldn’t see into vehicle. Vehicle then passed me illegally again and sped off.
Substitutes slamming on the brakes for control of car, stares at a green light or clear roundabout for several seconds, and drifts continually into the passing and turn lanes.
Parked in front of me on Robb Avenue near the Cheviot Library, backed into the front of my car...twice(!), started to drive away like nothing happened...finally convinced him to get out of his car to look at my crushed front license plate frame, and the indentation on his back bumper, insisting that he didn't hit me, and that I was scamming him...
Saw this guy driving once. He is so hott!
