I have seen multiple high school boys from the Bronxville soccer team running rampant in one of the players’ car. I constantly see this Subaru speeding and driving recklessly on and around school property as if they own the town. I have not seen police take any action and hope this changes very soon.

Not certain why your driver would not check to see if anyone was backing out before parking in back of me for 5 minutes in a none parking area but it was greatly unappreciated as was their taking the time to keep me waiting again so they could do a 3 point turn in place rather then circle our parking lot. 2pm 2805 north parham road Richmond va

This guy came up behind me on US 64 in Apex, NC and nearly ran me off the road. He was very aggressive and got mad when I started taking pictures of him. He chased me for several miles down Ten Ten Road until he saw an Apex Police vehicle at which point he got afraid and broke off. I hope he wrecks one day and doesn't hurt anyone else when it happens. If you see him, do a pit maneuver on him for me.
