Driver on PA 168. Races up behind you on a bend or at plant entrnce. Rides your bumper, and won't pass. Happened twice to me. Other employees report the same silver KIA.

Today he ran the Red light and almost took me and some kids. They need to take his plates away and refuse him from driving, it was a male driver, Jewish with his wife putting her and me in danger.
