Just watched the blond lady driving this vehicle go around a school bus that was stopped with sign out and lights flashing while kids were getting off the bus. My daughter had just gotten in my yard or this lady would have hit her as she barrelled recklessly around the bus. Nothing is worth potentially harming kids just trying to get home. Apalling and shameful.

you will notice by the front left tire the curb is painted blue for handicapped parking. Civic did not have a handicap sticker on its license plate or placard visible in the car.

This d-bag illegally and recklessly crossed the quadruple white line into the HOV lane at 60+, cutting off one of those TJ-bound vans shown in white and narrowly missing the car behind me. All for his own convenience. Tall, lone male.
