This man almost collided into not ONE but TWO CARS. One of them being OUR OWN CAR! he did not even use his blinker when he decided that it was a good ideas to jump into our lane. And we had to swerve into the shoulder and he did not even blink an eye. We almost ran into the wall yet he continued to speed past us and cut off other cars as well.

This truck (with no muffler) flies down San Fernando Valley streets at high speeds, cutting off drivers, merging without signals, has a rear tail-light burned out, and is very dangerous to all vehicles and pedestrians he is near.

Nice way to drive cut off someone who had the right-away in the Express lanes! Are you even legal? Time to go back for some driving lessons!
