This driver is drunk or high on drugs.She is a bartendar at Rush Inn in Avon.1477 Winton ave. Lakewood ,Ohio is her address She drives on the street at least 35 miles an hr.

This nimrod was tailgating 2' behind me on I-235. There was a car in front of me that I couldn't drive through. He floored his Cadillac SUV and passed me on the right at a high rate of speed. He cut back in front of me with 5' to spare. I had to brake hard to avoid doing a PIT maneuver on him. I flipped him off as he continued to do brake checks on me all the way to West Des Moines.
