Failed to signal and cut me off in the left lane of the interstate. I was accelerating and almost hit this guy when he cut me off with my family in the vehicle.

The driver of this vehicle left his dog in a locked car, in 89 degree weather, in the middle of July, while his family had dinner at a full-service sit-down restaurant @ approximately 530 pm on a Friday night.
The police were called. Apparently no one in that family thought there was anything wrong either legally or morally with what they did. His response , " it's not that hot in there".
Maybe he should try it out himself.
