Hit my car while it was parallel parked on a side street in Kingston. Shattered my driver's side mirror and left the pieces on the ground. Driver left a note with an apology, her plate, and her number. Now she is ignoring all my calls (voicemail box is full so cannot leave a message). Now I'm stuck with this bill.

Maniac driver constantly flooring his car and squealing tires on every turn in our neighborhood. Loud fart-can Honda with duct taped headlights and vape smoke pouring from the windows. Completely erratic, constant nuisance.
