Had her phone literally resting on the steering wheel on a 2-lane road and the whole going 80+ on highway. Swerving in and out of her lane. Picture is at a red light. Can't see the phone because of my mirror. When I yelled at her to get off her phone she threw liquid out her window while almost running off the road then flipped me off and sped away. Then Proceeded to follow me for 10 miles.

WA State Lic Plate. BAJ2015. GRey compact. Young woman, phone to her ear, talking away. Speeding down 24 Av NW at NW 59 St in Ballard, Seattle. Barely missed me as I was walking across the street. She NEVER SAW ME even though she was a block away as I entered her lane. I had my two little dogs with me and jumped back, pulling them back as I watched her continue down 24th. She will kill someone or get killed one day.
