Just followed this chick from Little Neck all the way out on the L.I.E.
She was plastered beyond anything, watched her almost hit everything from trees to cars. Definitely called the cops, hope they get her before she hurts someone else.

well said and put Jim, I'm the OP and you really put that all in perspective, i had never thought of that all "pack mentality" theory you mention, but makes sense, and ill look into that as now i`m curious. For those in Irvine, watch out for this reckless 2005 Red Mustang driver, his mustang is modded with a loud exhaust. He drives 70+ mph in residential areas where there are elderly people and children walking around.

This driver would not merge. Every merge lane we came to, he would move into that merge lane to pass more cars. Almost causing an account each time. He almost hit my car. Then he drove off the road, on the shoulder, just to get ahead of 3 more cars and almost caused a 3 car accident again. Drivers like him should have their license revolked!

Silver Pontiac G6 sat across from our house and appeared to be watching the house. When confronted, the driver said he pulled over to text someone. Then he left, but was seen at least 3 more times within the next hour stopping at the end of our driveway and looking. Called Sheriff and reported the incident. The plate came back as "no good" as if it didn't exist. Red flag! Description: While male with mustache between 40-50 yrs old. Described as "up to no good" and "very suspicious".

The copilot of the car came out with no respect and hit my car. She left and as that, i knew it was a hit and run which she did not come up to me.
