This lady purposefully littered multiple times in a couple of minutes because she is bad at driving and got angry at someone for calling them out on driving without a proper license.
Red truck. Jackass passed me from the right lane in a two lane exit so quickly that he nearly clipped the front of my car and spun me out. Gave him a confused gesture with my hands and he flipped me off through his back window before speeding off. Context: speed limit was 20 immediately preceding the exit ramp due to a sharp curve. He was easily going over 40 trying to weave around everyone; he was getting pissy because nobody was matching his extraneous speed. Be extremely careful on the highway if you see him.
