Driver parked in a handicapped parking spot for 30 minutes then blew up when I photographed her SUV. She insinuated I was drinking an alcoholic beverage, which when I showed her the can turned out to be Barq’s Rootbeer. She tried intimidation next by asking me: Do you know who I am?

I see this d-bag every morning on HWY F in Waukesha around 5:25AM. It's a retired police Explorer. He tries to intimidate people by riding their ass, weaving in traffic and speeding. This morning I seen his LF. Smashed up. Karma finally struck him.

I was in the left lane. Driver pulled along side me and honked as our lanes were merging. They must have missed the sign indicating that the right lane was ending.
