A black Dodge Ram with 5.7L engine (parked in front of white car) was idling for at least 20 minutes in comfortable weather at the Cedar Hills WinCo (6/19/23). Typical lack of concern about where oil comes from, or air pollution. These types will be the biggest blamers when shale fracking peaks or global warming becomes undeniable to even the worst fools.

This lady on the 15 S. Stayed on her phone. Her head was down the whole time and she even stopped while traffic was moving to continue to look at her phone. My daughter took a picture and we also called HW Patrol. Whatever she was doing on her phone had her that focused. She should have stayed parked somewhere before getting on a freeway. Reckless -
