This was an aggressive, hostile, dangerous and erratic driver. On what was or should have been a very normal Saturday afternoon going southbound down Westlake boulevard in the right hand lane we were driving safe and sane, all the sudden a white BMW dangerously cuts in front of us with no signal. There certainly was no traffic and there weren't any other cars around. Didn't make any sense because she had to stop at the next light anyway. For the next several lights she made many lane changes with no signals. At the intersection of Westlake blvd and Hillcrest she swerved again from the left lane and got behind us in the right and speeding on our tail was taking our picture with a pink cell phone. Be very careful, we didn't see it coming and you probably wouldn't either. You would think that going the speed limit and caring about your safety wouldn't be a crime but evidently some drivers just don't like it. She had a light pink cell phone case and appear to have long blond hair. Unfortunately there are a lot of reckless and brainless drivers going up and down Westlake boulevard whether you're going towards the 101 or Avenida Arboles, but this was the worst driver that we have ever encountered. Her driving behavior is inexcusable. My advice to her is that if she can't apologize then amend her driving behavior because it's going to get her into a lot of trouble one day. And the rest of us care about our safety.
