The First Amendment does not cover any sort of speech that is meant to incite violence. He has kill all Muslims on his vehicle and is driving around quite proud of this. This is not protected by his his first amendment rights. This is wrong and he should be held accountable

I think you guys are missing the point of this website. It's to rate the quality of their driving, not the person themselves. Attacking someone for their first amendment rights is just as deplorable as he is.
