Entitled driver of BUICK Envista was going too fast in 20 MPH zone, in an area full of pedestrians with traffic calming circles. This was around 9:30 PM on 4/13/25 on NW 25th Ave, Portland, OR.
There's also a problem with those circles, since plants can make it hard to see who's coming from certain angles, and islands force drivers into crosswalks. Just slow the blank down and respect life instead of being in a self-absorbed hurry.

This guy plays loud rap music out in public and should be fined for playing music too loud. This was in the parking lot of the Casey’s General Store on Southern Hills Drive.
