This person is a reckless driver, almost hit a car that had a Family in it and with a newborn baby. He didn't completely stop at the stop sign and he was speeding recklessly

I personally had nothing to do with this individual, but I know someone who did. According to her, this guy went to a store for who knows how long with the dog in the car. Window slightly cracked, no AC, car turned off just to let the dog suffer in the heat. If you're not familiar with NYS, it gets very hot and humid during the summer, so this dog sat in the car while it was 80+ degrees outside meaning it was way hotter in the car. The woman who actually saw this even called the police and saved the poor dog. If you don't know how to take care of dogs, don't own one
