This guy is a jerk. He’s in a red Jeep and because I wasn’t driving fast enough for hi. In an active co St ruction zone he pulled in front of me and slammed on his breaks. He didn’t like my hand gesture and again pulled in front of me and slammed on his breaks and there was busy traffic. Definite road rage.

She’s from Tulare CA and drives a 2014 Toyota RAV4. She stole flowers off of people’s gravestones in Visalia Cemetery. Someone confronted her about it and she said “why are you taking this so personal?” If you get her name, report her to the police for theft. Blast her name out on social media, as well as these two pics!
