Tailgated at 5 over, cut off other car while rapidly jumping lanes to move 1 car ahead of me and enter the parking lot at the same time.

Brakes hard. Brakes randomly. Brakes often. Brakes without stopping while going 20 mph down a dirt road and 35 on pavement where the speed limit is 50.

Whizzed past is at 100mph give or take on route 1 in Chadds Ford. Was frighteningly fast weaving in and around cars going the 45 mph speed limit, literally took our breath away with how frightening he was. Should not have a driver's license, driving like that makes him a menace to society.
