This aggressive Lyft driver did not yield as expected when his lane was ending, and came within inches of hitting my car. He did not react to my horns at all, and seemed disoriented. Possible drunk driver.

This arrogant jerk and HOV lane cheat uses the whole road including the shoulder and lane splitters to speed and weave past us at well above the flow of traffic.
