Cut off a line of people during rush hour to turn left onto Orion Road, floundered around on the shoulder before drifting back in front of another car, proceeded to go 30 mph, then came to a nearly complete stop with no signal to turn right onto a side street.

This guy almost ran into me today. There was a long line of cars in the far right lane of the highway, all with blinkers on waiting to change lanes into a new right lane. Instead of waiting for the dotted line, this guy guns it and illegally swerves across several solid lines to try to get in front of others in the line. Almost caused an accident.

I was coming up a bridge and had no yield sign, this guy/girl did. They blew it and almost side swiped me!
